J. Walter Thompson

J. Walter Thompson Born 30 Oct. 1877.  Walter married Bessie Hardin on 5 Nov 1905.  Bessie was born 12 Apr 1887 and died on    5 Nov 1918.
J. Walter Thompson was the first born son of Joseph Thompson and Sarah (Head) Thompson.
The Head family was originally from England and eventually settled in Maryland and Virginia.  They moved from there to Shelby and Oldham Counties in Kentucky.

This information was found at Grayson County Public Library in a binder labeled Thompson in the Genealogy Resource Section. I have not had a chance to verify this information.  However, I just wanted to share the picture that I found!

A child of Wm. Whitworth died at their home near Fowler on 

Sunday, the 24th. Burial at the Lile Cemetery.

Mrs. Lafe Lile attended the bedside of her daughter,

Mrs. Berta Claggett of Shrewsbury,

who is sick. (Providence News)

Gertie, the daughter of Joe Thompson of the Forest Hill area, 

was married on the 12th to R.H. Lile of Providence. 

Groom is the son of Mrs. Mollie Lile.
